I need an accountant who is familiar with UK business law to file our new business account. This is the first year, so we need someone who will not only file the accounts, but advise on how to best manage the finance of the business. Currently, the business doesn't use any accounting software, and so you must not expect one. We have excel sheet of all the revenue and bank statements for transactions.
