We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented cold caller to contact a targeted list of 650 leads. Your primary task will be to engage with these individuals, assess their interest in selling their property, and gather essential information to determine potential selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Reach out to leads on our pre-qualified list to inquire about their interest in selling their property.
Lead Assessment: Accurately identify and qualify leads based on their interest in selling, and document their responses.
Data Collection: Collect and record key information from potential sellers, ensuring all details are logged in our system for follow-up.
Follow-Up Coordination: Arrange and coordinate follow-up actions for interested leads with our internal team. Requirements:
Proven Cold Calling Experience: At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, with a strong track record in lead qualification and data collection.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with leads effectively, ask the right questions, and handle objections smoothly.
Detail-Oriented: Capable of accurately documenting lead information and maintaining thorough records. Self-Motivated and Reliable: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, staying focused on achieving daily call targets.
