I need an app which pairs home owners looking for a trades person with local trades.
The app will need location services so that when a user requests a trade they are paired with somebody local.
Payment integration is needed to pay for the “call out”

VOIP or WhatsApp or SMS phone integration to call or message the trade and play a pre recorded message notifying them of a customer “call out” in case they do not see the push notification.
