I built this website on Shopify, and it has an 'Add to Quote' feature- which allows me to capture customers information. From here, I receive an email with their details and a sales agent can follow up the lead.
Now, we are getting a great deal of enquires- of which I would say 40% are quality leads. This takes up a great amount of man power to get back to all of these customers. I want to rebuilt the website to look more professional, mature and user friendly.
I would like for customers to get a full quote online- including minimum product spends to certain areas, delivery and collection charges (based on postcode and vehicle weight)
Ideally, it would be great if the customer could do the full order online in it's entirety (from quoting to payment) To achieve this, it would mean linking somehow to my hire software?
I realise that this is complex programming and am open to all suggestions on how to take this website to the next level in the most cost effective way.
