As a building company we use a piece of software called Contractor Foreman (https://contractorforeman.com/)
The software allows for customisation of quotations through sections in their templates that allow for HTML code.
This is particularly their front covers but also extends to other custom field boxes as well.
The areas that are html allow for entering clients names and address etc into the documents as they are created.
Fixed pages can be created, saved as a jpeg and then loaded into the documents at a place of choosing.
The work is to custom elements as shown briefly in the design brief attached.
Around 6 different front covers will need to be created but they will not vary radically.
Access to the software will be given software for the winning bidder.
