Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes that meet the needs of our e-commerce and B2B operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the overall supply chain management • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products. • Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise. • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments. • Support the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and managing supplier relationships. • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline distribution processes. • Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and supply chain performance. • Assist in the implementation of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Provide administrative support to the supply chain team as needed. Qualifications: • Study in Business management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or related role, preferably in the ecommerce or beauty industry. • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Ability to analyze data and generate reports. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in supply chain management or logistics • Knowledge of the beauty industry and its supply chain processes.
