We need a legal memo written up to send to Facebook to allow us to advertise our competition page. As there are rules on advertising online gaming and gambling websites, we have to ask for written permission from Facebook to advertise our page.
Under UK law we do not need a gambling license as our raffle has a free method of entry - operating as a free prize draw: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-and-players/guide/page/free-draws-and-prize-competitions. We therefore just need a legal memo to state that we are following all regulations and law and that we do not require the gambling license.
