Colour scheme and fonts used in the logo file should be matched. Overall signature height must not exceed 4 lines (75 pixels) to avoid cluttering the email body. The design should achieve a balance between containing crucial contact details while retaining an unobstructed view of the message content.
Examples of email signatures will be provided privately to shortlisted designers for style inspiration. The finished file must be in standard JPG or PNG format for direct importing into Gmail.
