Position: Junior Operations Manager As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. You will work closely with various partners, including project management and HR, to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the objectives and timelines are met. 2. Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of operational activities 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track 4. Support the implementation of process improvements 5. Manage administrative tasks and reporting 6. Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as necessary.
Skills: 1. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details. 4. Team player with a collaborative mindset and a high degree of emotional intelligence. 5. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative. 6. Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. 7. Exceptional communication skills.
