Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We’re looking for a HubSpot Sales Specialist to help us optimise the sales processes and maximise efficiency using HubSpot Sales Starter for one of our travel clients. This is a project-based role with potential for future collaboration.
What We Need Help With: 1. Pipeline Automations • Setting up streamlined workflows to save time and reduce manual tasks. 2. Deal Price Automation • Integrating Jotform with HubSpot to automatically populate deal prices from form submissions. 3. Automatic Deal Closures • Configuring deals to close automatically when processed through our reservation or wholesale system.
Specific Challenges: • Auto-Assigning Deal Owners We need a solution to auto-assign deal owners based on contact property updates, or a simple workaround to achieve this. • Deal Closure Automation & Reminders • Automating deal closures based on specific conditions. • Setting reminders for deal owners if a deal remains open too long or is past the “intended travel date” property. • Improved Reporting We’re looking for better visibility into our deal stages: • How long deals sit in each stage. • Conversion rates between stages. • Assistance with fixing our current reporting setup to provide actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience working with HubSpot Sales Starter • Expertise in automation, reporting, and workflow configuration. • Ability to integrate external tools like Jotform with HubSpot. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
