We have two Excel workbooks that are attached containing financial and cost centre data. The reports need enhancements to improve their usability, automation, and dynamic visualisation. Below are the specific tasks:
1. Dynamic Date Selection:
a) Add "From" and "To" date pickers or dropdowns in each workbook.
b) Configure the worksheets to dynamically filter data based on the selected date range.
2. Automated Calculations:
Ensure all calculations in the sheets are automated, including totals for invoices and cost centres when new rows (invoices) or columns (cost centres) are added.
3. Dynamic Graph Updates:
Configure the existing graphs to automatically adjust and update as new data (rows or columns) are added.
4. Future-Proof Design:
As mentioned above, the reports will have additional rows for invoices and new columns for cost centres added over time. Ensure that all calculations, summaries, and visualisations incorporate these updates automatically without manual intervention.
