Im seeking an experienced accountant to assist with the financial management of our interior design firm. This is a project-based engagement with the potential for ongoing collaboration. Your role will include managing daily financial transactions, creating invoices, and preparing periodic reports to help us maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Accurately record daily financial transactions. - Generate invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients. - Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. - Send polite reminders for pending payments. - Maintain proper records and financial organization.
Requirements: - Strong background in accounting and bookkeeping. - Experience working with businesses in creative industries (preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in accounting software or tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel). - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
