I require a translation of a set of small letters from English into other languages such as Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese, etc. The letters are simple greetings expressing thanks or requesting small favours. There are approximately 30 letters ranging from 50-100 words each. The style should be polite yet casual.
The translator should be a native speaker of the target languages with excellent command of English as well. The letters need to accurately convey the tone and nuances of meaning from English. Cultural appropriateness is important so colloquial or regional phrases should be avoided. The translations should be in normal script, not transliteration, for all non-Latin alphabet languages.
I will provide the letters in Google Doc format with the English text. The translator's work will involve translating each letter into the allocated target languages in the same doc, which I will then reformat and print for distribution. Deadline for completion is 10 days from receiving the source files. Payment will be issued within 7 days of accepting the final work. Experience in translating business correspondence for international clients would be an advantage.
