Simultaneously, strategic outreach must expand the profile's reach organically by a minimum of 25 new connections daily through personalized, value-driven introductions.
The overarching goal is to cultivate a community of at least 12,000 followers per year recognizing the profile as a preeminent voice on developing inclusive leadership through reimagined systems and narratives.
Applicants should demonstrate expertise leveraging LinkedIn's suite of engagement and analytics tools to strategically scale quality profile traffic. Strong writing and interpersonal skills are requisite to authentically conveying complex issues with sensitivity.
