The project entails producing photorealistic renderings of a proposed 2-story, 3 bedroom attached home. The plans include floor plans and elevations that will serve as guides for the renderings. A total of 6 perspectives are required - an exterior view from the front, rear and each side as well as interior views of the kitchen and main living area.
The exteriors should realistically portray the architectural details and features indicated in the plans including brick façade, windows, doors and roofing. Landscaping elements such as pathways, fencing and greenery should be included to provide context. Renderings must be of publication quality with realistic lighting, shadows and material textures. Interiors should be fully furnished and decorated in a modern style with appliances, fixtures and furnishings placed accurately based on the floor plans.
