Description:
A UK-based charity seeks assistance with database management and newsletter integration. The chosen freelancer will be responsible for overseeing the charity's Donorfy database and linking it to their Mailchimp account for email outreach. Key tasks will include reviewing existing donor records for accuracy, removing duplicate or outdated entries, and categorizing contacts based on past donations and areas of interest. You will be expected to establish a sync between the Donorfy and Mailchimp platforms to automatically update contact lists. Ensuring email campaigns are sent to the appropriate segmented lists based on customized triggers and preferences is also important. Strong technical skills with both Donorfy and Mailchimp as well as an understanding of UK charity regulations are preferred.
