We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, a strategic mindset, and experience in driving engagement and growth across digital channels, including social media, our website, and Google Business Profile.
Responsibilities -Content Collection & Coordination Collect raw content from on-site salon activities and events for the production team. Collaborate with the production team to create and manage engaging marketing materials, including flyers, posters, digital ads, and other creative assets. -Campaign & Ad Management Work closely with social media agencies to run ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Develop and oversee campaign strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions. -Social Media Presence Manage daily social media activities, including posting engaging content (photos, videos, stories) that showcase our services, stylists, and salon atmosphere. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms. -Content & Marketing Campaigns Create and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote special offers, new services, and events across all digital platforms. -Reputation Management Manage online reviews and respond to comments across social media and other platforms, fostering a positive relationship with our audience. -Photo & Video Production Collaborate with the director and team to capture and manage high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes. -Analytics & Strategy Optimization Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach and effectiveness. -Trend Awareness Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and marketing strategies in the beauty industry to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field. Proven proficiency in utilizing ClickUp for project management. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and best practices in content creation. Proficient in graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop preferred). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. A passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends.
