We seek a talented and driven sales professional to help launch and promote our innovative new health and wellness service. This role requires demonstrating strong research, planning, and interpersonal skills to successfully achieve monthly sales targets during an initial 3-month probationary period. The successful candidate will have experience prospecting within niche consumer and business markets to identify pain points and develop targeted messaging. They must be confident in their ability to connect with prospective clients from various demographics, guide them towards understanding our unique value proposition, and close deals. The services we provide aim to build awareness, credibility, and positive health impacts in a manner that is effective yet distinct from existing offerings. As such, the role demands an adaptive nature to nurture prospects and convince them of benefits for their specific needs and situation. Strong research expertise will be key to uncovering opportunities within relevant industry sectors and delineating customer avatars. Developing credibility and securing initial deals during launch will establish proof of concept and pave the way for long-term growth. Exemplary communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities are a must to engage clients professionally. Candidates should evidence skills in qualitatively assessing markets, crafting impactful pitches, and discussing products and services supportively, as well as quantitatively tracking performance and meeting quotas. The client-centric approach adopted should aim to educate while cementing value and generating interest in ongoing wellness coaching or repeat subscriptions. .
