Expected duration: Not sure I have a PDF form that I want to mail merge out to various people at the same time. I also have a sample data spreadsheet with the data on that I need mail merging into the document, and then the PDF form being emailed out to each person.
The idea was to convert the PDF to word, then from word mail merge this out (so each person got a PDF with their own details on), each month the data will change, so I need someone to set this up and I can do mail merge each month going forward, the same data spreadsheet details which sections of the form I want to mail merge information into.
I have attached the PDF and also a sample spreadsheet - I tried converting to word and doing a mail merge from there, but I was struggling to get the information I needed into the relevant boxes
Please have a look at the form and see if this can be done before bidding as it isn't a quick 5 minute job to do this!
