The site currently has slow load times and low scores on PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Pingdom. The task includes optimizing Core Web Vitals, improving desktop and mobile PageSpeed scores to 90+ while maintaining the website’s design and functionality. This involves optimizing CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, implementing lazy loading and next-gen image formats, and cleaning the database.
