Overview: Caring Interiors Limited is seeking a talented and experienced designer to create a comprehensive interior design plan and 3D visuals for a care home located in Milton-on-Sea. The project involves developing a design that respects and enhances the existing character of the building while introducing more colour and improving practicality for its service users.
Key Requirements:
Design Sensitivity: The design must be sympathetic to the building’s existing architectural character.
Practicality: Proposals should focus on improving the usability and functionality of spaces for service users.
Aesthetic Appeal: Incorporate more colour into the design to create a warm, inviting, and uplifting environment suitable for a care home.
3D Visualisation: Deliver high-quality 3D visuals to clearly represent the proposed design, enabling stakeholders to understand and visualize the concept.
Deliverables:
Conceptual design plans with material, furniture, and colour recommendations.
Detailed floor plans if required.
High-quality 3D visuals of key areas within the care home.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in designing interiors for care homes, healthcare, or similar environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to blend classic architectural elements with contemporary design.
Expertise in creating practical, user-friendly spaces.
Proficiency in design software for 3D visualisation (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, etc.).
