We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our growing competitions business. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate daily with competition winners, collect their necessary details, and ensure this information is accurately shared with the relevant team members to handle prize distribution.
You will also be responsible for using WATI (WhatsApp Business API) to manage communications effectively, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all winners.
Key Responsibilities: • Using WATI to communicate daily with winners via WhatsApp. • Collecting and organizing winner information (e.g., name, address, prize preferences). • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure winners receive their prizes promptly. • Maintaining clear and professional communication with winners to ensure a positive experience. • Monitoring WATI conversations and updating management on progress and any issues that arise. • Responding to follow-up questions from winners and troubleshooting any concerns.
Requirements: • Proficiency in using communication tools such as WATI (or similar platforms). • Excellent written communication skills in English. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred. • Availability to dedicate time daily to handle winner communication promptly.
