We’re looking for a rockstar email marketer to help us take our B2B email campaigns to the next level.
About Us We’re a fast-growing Medical Supply Manufacturer with a strong focus on B2B email marketing to drive sales through two key channels:
1) Supporting our team of 40 sales reps. 2) Driving orders through our online business portal.
We currently send 1-12 marketing emails per business week (pre-scheduled), targeting 5-6 key industries, with multiple campaigns running simultaneously. We also have drip campaigns for select sales reps to be managed . The drip campaigns are automated and require little input to keep running.
What We’re Looking For This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position for someone who: Wants a long-term remote job working directly for a US company. Is focused on one job—no juggling multiple clients or roles. Is comfortable being paid in cryptocurrency. Is eager to take ownership of our email marketing efforts, optimize our existing system, and CRUSH IT with measurable results.
Your Role As our dedicated email marketer, you’ll be responsible for: Building and sending email campaigns: Collaborating with our team to craft impactful emails.
Reporting and analyzing results: Tracking campaign performance and presenting actionable insights.
Optimizing campaigns: Testing and iterating to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about email marketing and excited to prove their skills by driving improvements and results.

The Opportunity You’ll start as a contractor through Upwork for the first 3 months. After 3 months, we’ll hire you directly for a long-term, full-time role.
