i need an expert who can automate the emailing process, inquiries come from 3rd party site controllers and we do send a manual email in response to them outside of HubSpot, i believe all the emails get logged through the sales extension in Gmail. They also do get logged I believe when it's triggered from an external source in the Sales Hub.
In Hubspot the lead is assigned owners are automatically saved under the Deal section, so we need to do automation so that if there is no response to our sent manual email, then after 24hrs an automatic email should go, we have set the template already, from the owner email, that has been assigned and having an analyst in CC, if there is no response to this email another email to go after another 24hrs hours
-- Make sure it uses the same thread not multiple, all this should be done using the same thread. That's it
it is a simple job for a person who is a Hubspot expert, maybe it is 2-3 hours of work / Start your bid with the word jet so I can be sure you have read all. Another thing is, you need to work via anydesk or team viewer, as we have access on our PC, and cannot request a new OTP
