Hours: 5 hours per week (with potential to increase)
Rate: Starting at £12 per hour
Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide support in sales follow-ups, administrative tasks, and client outreach. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident on the phone, and able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Follow up on sales enquiries (scripts and guidance provided). 2. Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing property packs and updating CRM. 3. Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications. 4. Support social media posting via Meta Business Suite (basic tasks, such as scheduling content, selecting images from source we will provide).
Key Skills Required: • Strong communication skills (phone and email). • Ability to follow instructions and scripts effectively. • Good organisational skills and attention to detail. • Basic familiarity with CRMs and Canva (training provided if needed).
