Virtual Assistant for Holiday Let Business: Seeking a skilled virtual assistant to oversee day-to-day operations of a thriving holiday let service. Responsibilities include inputting reservation data into Excel sheets with precision, creating marketing materials using Canva, communicating effectively with clients and property managers, and providing administrative support with bookkeeping. Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining efficient operations. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, and filtering, is essential, along with excellent written English for clear electronic correspondence. The ideal candidate will be available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, within the UK, for compatibility with business hours while working virtually without supervision. Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and handling various general office tasks with independence and efficiency is expected. Prior holiday let/customer service experience is preferred.
