I need help to build a flow in Zoho Recruit to address a couple of requirements regarding attachment management and reporting.
Here’s a breakdown of the tasks:
Attachment Presence Reporting: In Zoho Recruit, we add attachment documents to the candidate record, and these attachments are categorized by an attachment category. Currently, there’s no way to report on whether an attachment exists for a particular category.
Ideally, we would like to build a solution that will automatically identify if an attachment is present for a specific category and allow us to report this with a True/False value.
My suggestion is to create a checkbox field for each attachment category (24 in total) on the candidate record. A code should be developed to automatically check the corresponding checkbox when an attachment is uploaded in that category. This will give us the visibility and reporting we need.
Zoho Sign Integration: We also have a Zoho Sign integration on the page. When 2 x Zoho Sign documents are completed, we need the completed PDF to be automatically uploaded as an attachment under the category “Registration Pack/HMRC New Starter” or "Compliance Form" depending on the document.
This functionality will ensure that the document is automatically categorized and easily accessible under the relevant candidate’s record.
