We are seeking a skilled Bot Developer who is also a native or fluent Arabic speaker to create and integrate automated bots connecting with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will help us streamline interactions, automate responses, and ensure seamless user experiences across our Arabic-speaking social channels.
Key Responsibilities Bot Development & Deployment
Design, develop, and deploy robust chatbots for Facebook, Instagram, and/or Messenger. Ensure the bot(s) can handle user queries in Arabic, provide relevant responses, and collect necessary data. Integration & API Connections
Connect the bot(s) to Meta APIs for smooth communication and data syncing. Set up automated workflows and triggers based on user actions (e.g., messages, comments). Customization & Optimization
Implement custom conversation flows, including greetings, FAQs, and user-specific responses, especially for Arabic-speaking users. Optimize bot performance (e.g., speed, reliability) and troubleshoot any integration issues. Monitoring & Reporting
Track key metrics (response times, user satisfaction, conversions). Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including bug fixes and feature updates.
