We are looking for a master of story-telling to create a short (50-second tops) video to hit the pain points of our target users and explain the relief our software solution brings.
Our product is a powerful tool for recruiters/hiring managers who are exhausted by the tedious, repetitive tasks that come with multiple interviews that they have to manage daily. Their tiredness from the process is topped up with a slight sense of shame for the poor candidate experience, as many forget to update candidates on the interview outcome, keeping them hanging for weeks or even months.
Our software helps streamline the unnerving tasks (such as candidates' scheduling, interview docs preparation, notes-taking & reports population, and compliance with DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion policies)). It helps to ensure timely updates for candidates + interview feedback + recommendation of other suitable openings (if applicable) to enhance rapport with the talent pool.
