It's great to meet you! My name is Ryan, I am the founder of Aim Creatives, and I have been in the paid ads industry for about a year now. Here is my problem, I hired another guy from out of the country and he sold me the world and how much experience he has, now I'm paying the price for it because I have low client retention now and I had a few high-end clients drop off. I'm now looking to replace my current team member with someone who is transparent and can help me with our campaigns. We have roughly 3 clients on a retainer at the moment and are looking for a new team member. I'm a person to show results not sell the world, I have a larger network and people willing to pay for our services if we can convert for them, I just don't want to reach out until I'm confident in our product.
