It's great to meet you! My name is Ryan, I am the founder of Aim Creatives, and I have been in the paid ads industry for about a year now. Here is my problem, I hired another guy from out of the country and he sold me the world and how much experience he has, now I'm paying the price for it because I have low client retention now and I had a few high-end clients drop off.
