We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team, specialising in social media platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest. Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to achieve specific KPIs and objectives, including increasing website traffic, lead generation, app installs, and sales. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right audience with relevant messaging and offers. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, ad copy, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure effective campaign execution and optimisation. A/B test various ad elements (copy, creative, targeting, etc.) to improve campaign performance and ROI. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise results within allocated resources. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analytics specialists, to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives. Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, ad policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Qualifications: Proven experience (3 years or more) in digital advertising, with a focus on social media platforms. In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimise results. Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and results effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimise ad performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
