We run a corporate gifting site www.ethicalgiftbox.com Beginning 2023 we commissioned a dev agency to create a new B2B web site migrating from our previous B2C site.
Cut a long story short, the design was awful and most significantly through the migration we lost 99% of our google ranking/visibility which we have been unable to claw back.
I have just finished working with someone on Upwork as I didnt think his strategy was going to take us anywhere.
