Role Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our dance school and community-based football club. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a steady pipeline of customers through innovative marketing and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities: • Audience Targeting: Identify and define target customer profiles (e.g., parents, young adults, community members). • Digital Advertising: Create and manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to generate inquiries. • Local Marketing: Execute localized campaigns to build awareness and attract nearby participants for the dance classes and football club. • Website & Landing Page Optimization: Ensure our digital presence is engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for capturing leads. • Email Marketing & Retargeting: Create and manage email campaigns and retargeting efforts to nurture leads. • Community Engagement: Utilize social media and community platforms to build brand presence and attract organic leads. • Analytics & Reporting: Track lead generation efforts, measure success, and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
Qualifications: • Proven experience in lead generation for small businesses or community-focused organizations. • Expertise in creating and managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). • Strong understanding of local marketing strategies and customer behavior. • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRM and email marketing platforms. • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize results. • Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience: • Experience working with community-based programs or schools. • Knowledge of the UK market, particularly in dance and fitness industries. • Familiarity with geo-targeted campaigns for local outreach.
