The goal is to achieve a light, airy and relaxing atmosphere through a balanced integration of furnishings, surfaces, lighting, colors and accessories. For the bedroom, consideration should be given to optimized placement of the bed, wardrobes, and other conveniences while preserving an airy quality. Creativity is strongly encouraged in selection of fabrics, wall finishes and artwork.
The ensuite offers potential for an innovative design to seamlessly connect but also separate the functional zones. Experience with constructing open-concept bathrooms is preferable but not required.
Bidders should demonstrate experience designing relaxing sanctuaries through portfolio examples displaying flair, functionality and fine attention to detail. Proficiency with 3D modeling software is an asset for virtual previews.
