Recruit, onboard, and manage office personnel in two assigned locations. 2. Conduct regular update sessions via Zoom. 3. Submit weekly progress reports through video updates. 4. Execute tasks related to assigned locations and responsibilities.
Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related position, preferably with experience in remote team management. • Work Schedule: 5 hours per day, 5 days a week. • Flexibility: Ability to work across time zones outside your own location. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese language. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
