Role Overview: We are seeking an executive assistant to work closely with the founder of the organization to ensure the efficient running of the organization. In this role, you will be assigned to supervise different office locations and report to the office of the founder. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruit, onboard, and manage office personnel in two assigned locations. 2. Conduct regular update sessions via Zoom. 3. Submit weekly progress reports through video updates. 4. Execute tasks related to assigned locations and responsibilities.
Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related position, preferably with experience in remote team management. • Work Schedule: 5 hours per day, 5 days a week. • Flexibility: Ability to work across time zones outside your own location. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese language. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
