In this role, you will:
Engage: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, showcasing your ability to connect quickly and establish trust. Educate: Demonstrate a basic understanding of commercial roofing and confidently answer questions to build credibility. Convert: Schedule appointments for our project managers by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities. Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted leads. Build strong rapport with potential customers, leaving a lasting positive impression. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for commercial roofing assessments. Maintain and update a CRM/database with accurate information about calls and appointments. Stay informed about the basics of commercial roofing to demonstrate knowledge during calls. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Qualifications:
Native English speaker with excellent communication skills. Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or a related sales role. Strong ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly. Outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven personality. Passionate about sales and eager to exceed expectations. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic understanding of commercial roofing (training provided).
