Duties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Conduct outbound and warm calling to engage potential clients and identify their needs. Develop and sell branded merchandise and support services that align with client objectives and budgets. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and order management teams to develop strategies for client growth and retention. Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits and solutions tailored to their needs.
Requirements
Strong desire to be a key contributor to a winning team. Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the promotional products, advertising, or marketing industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level decision-makers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience managing the new account sales cycle and maintaining existing client relationships.
