Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Bespoke Email Outreach
Description:
Fresh People, a dynamic permanent recruitment agency specializing in talent sourcing and headhunting for mid to senior-level roles across Fresh Produce, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Farming sectors in the UK, is seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant.
We need your help to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to 200 new clients per week via personalized email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify decision-makers in target businesses using tools like Sales Navigator. Craft and send bespoke emails tailored to the relevant decision-makers to introduce Fresh People and our recruitment solutions. Develop new working relationships and generate interest in our services. Follow a geographic strategy starting with Kent, then Essex, London, and expanding further into the UK. Provide weekly updates on outreach and engagement metrics. Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B email outreach and lead generation. Strong research skills with a focus on identifying key decision-makers in companies. Excellent written communication with attention to detail for crafting personalized emails can use AI Familiarity with industries such as Fresh Produce, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Farming is a plus. Access to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Deliverables:
200 bespoke, high-quality emails sent weekly. Weekly reporting on outreach metrics and responses. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can represent Fresh People effectively and help us expand our reach in the UK market.
Budget: Open to discussion based on experience and expertise, we are looking to pay a fixed fee per month as we are a small business so not high end quotes need to be sent asthey wont be accepted
