Expected duration: 1 - 6 months 1. Strategy Input and Refinement • Review the social media strategy created in-house. • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance its effectiveness based on your expertise and insights into social media best practices. • Collaborate on the content calendar, suggesting themes, formats, or angles that maximise engagement.
2. Content Creation • Create high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, text posts) that aligns with the agency’s tone of voice and reflects our premium image. • Ensure all posts focus on professionalism, discretion, and expertise. • Write captions and hashtags tailored to each platform to optimise reach and engagement. • Develop two LinkedIn thought-piece posts per week for the directors’ profiles. These should: • Position directors as thought leaders in the PI industry. • Focus on educational insights, industry trends, case studies (anonymised), or professional advice. • Reflect a professional tone while being engaging and approachable.
3. Community Engagement • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms promptly and professionally. • Foster discussions and engagement with followers, potential clients, and industry stakeholders.
4. Analytics and Reporting • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) for each platform. • Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. • Suggest adjustments to content or tactics based on performance data.
5. Ongoing Management • Manage the day-to-day running of social media platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule (e.g., 3-4 posts per week). • Keep accounts up to date, posting timely industry updates, agency news, and other relevant content.
Budget and Timeline • Budget: Provide a detailed proposal, including monthly management fees and content creation costs. • Timeline: The initial contract will be for three months, with the potential for renewal based on performance. Proposal Submission

How we will evaluate your proposal: Evaluation Criteria • Ability to align with our premium brand and tone. • Creativity and understanding of the PI industry or similar professional services. • Value for money based on the scope of services. • Proven track record of delivering results. • English Proficiency - able to communicate in British English (not American) to an almost native level. • Attention to detail in your proposal.
Due to the nature of our work (Private Investigation): Upon being awarded the contract, a mandatory Non-disclosure and Confidentiality agreement must be signed to work on this project. We will also draw up a Statement of Work agreement based on your proposal. All payments will be through PPH.
Budget: We want the most appropriate person, with the experience to manage this project. We are open to all sensible proposals and will be looking to decide before the end of January, however, if we can have your proposal at least a week prior so there is enough time for us to evaluate it.
