Description: We are seeking an experienced Facebook and Google Ads specialist to collaborate with us in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns tailored to a highly targeted audience. This is a hands-on partnership where we work together to achieve outstanding results through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Set up and manage Facebook Ad campaigns, including campaign groups, ad sets, and individual ads. • Collaborate on Google Ads campaigns, refining bidding strategies and audience targeting through regular Zoom sessions. • Optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, including A/B testing and data analysis. • Work with contact lists from tools like Seamless to upload Excel files containing 1,000-2,000 targeted contacts into the backend of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads for custom audience creation. • Create and manage remarketing campaigns using these custom audiences to deliver video ads tailored specifically to this list. • Provide regular performance analyses and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
Our Approach: • Proficiency in Google AdWords: We are skilled in the platform and prefer a collaborative approach during Zoom calls, where we screen share and discuss strategies while managing the backend directly. • Hands-On Workflow: We’ll actively participate in campaign management, making joint decisions on bidding strategies and optimizations during weekly or bi-weekly check-ins. • Data-Driven Remarketing: Using custom contact lists, we aim to build highly specific audiences for remarketing campaigns on both Facebook and Google Ads.
Requirements: • Proven experience running successful Facebook and Google Ad campaigns. • Expertise in uploading and utilizing custom contact lists within both Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Familiarity with tools like Seamless or similar platforms for managing large contact lists. • Proficiency in audience targeting, bid strategies, and performance optimization. • Excellent communication skills for productive and collaborative Zoom sessions.
Preferred Experience: • Experience with video ad campaigns and retargeting strategies. • Strong understanding of lookalike audiences, remarketing funnels, and cross-platform campaigns. • Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale campaigns with complex targeting.
Project Details: • Budget: $75 per hour. • Timeline: Ongoing with regular collaboration calls. • Deliverables: • Fully optimized Facebook and Google Ad campaigns. • Custom audience creation using contact lists. • Video ad remarketing campaigns targeting specific contacts.
