Expected duration: More than 6 months The HR will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of positions within the company. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that candidates meet the required qualifications and experience. The HR will also be responsible for conducting background checks, verifying employment references, and administering employment contracts. Additionally, the HR will be responsible for maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and administering benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
