Expected duration: less than 1 week We are a newly registered business listed with Companies House, and we are seeking a specialist to assist us in obtaining SEIS (Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme) qualification. Our business is ready with a comprehensive business plan and structure in place, but we now need an expert to review our setup and ensure we are fully compliant before proceeding with the SEIS application process.
We are specifically looking for an accountant, financial advisor, or solicitor/lawyer who has proven experience in successfully securing SEIS status for start-ups. Your expertise will be instrumental in reviewing our compliance, identifying any gaps, and guiding us through the HMRC application process.
We want everything taken care of to be investment-ready under the SEIS scheme, including advanced assurance, articles of association, and all other necessary requirements.
