We are a dynamic and growing online business dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. As a small business owner, our CEO is seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to streamline day-to-day operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.
-Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professional and timely responses.
-Organize and maintain digital and physical documents and files for easy access and reference.
-Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other necessary documents.
-Arrange travel and accommodation plans for the CEO as required.
-Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Conduct research key word fox and compile data to support meetings, reports, and decision-making processes.
-Follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely execution.
-Manage various projects and deadlines in alignment with the CEO’s priorities.
-Act as a liaison between the CEO and employees, clients, and external partners.
-Monitor daily expenses and prepare detailed financial reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
-Oversee office inventory and supplies, acting as an office manager where necessary.
-Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, and presentations.
-Take detailed minutes during meetings and ensure actionable items are addressed.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
-Exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Comprehensive understanding of office management systems, tools, and applications.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in [list relevant tools, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, Salesforce, Zoho, Canva, Capcut].
-High level of discretion and confidentiality.
-Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
