Role Overview:
We are seeking a Platform Configuration Specialist to manage the configuration of our sustainability and impact reporting platform. This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented, logical, and conscientious professional passionate about sustainability standards.
The successful candidate will support our efforts to align the platform with critical global and regional sustainability and impact reporting standards, ensuring user-friendly and accurate assessments. Key Responsibilities ● Platform Configuration: Configure and update the platform to align with evolving sustainability and impact reporting standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, IRIS+). ● Content Management: Review and input user-friendly questions and assessment templates. ● Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy of data. ● Data Management: Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for organizing, analyzing, and importing configuration data into the platform. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sustainability Practice and other team members to stay updated on evolving regulations and standards. Required Skills and Qualifications ● Education & Experience: Background in sustainability, data management, or a related field. ● Technical Skills: ○ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. ○ Familiarity with managing platform back-ends (no development experience required). ● Attributes: ○ Detail-oriented and conscientious. ○ Logical and process-driven approach. ○ Curious and eager to learn about sustainability standards. ○ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently. Preferred Qualifications ● Prior experience in sustainability or impact reporting. ● Familiarity with global sustainability standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB).
