Work Brief: Building AI Agents for a Marketing and Creative Agency
Overview:
We are a marketing and creative agency, currently specialising in the sports industry, with plans to expand into the entertainment sector. To support our growth and drive operational excellence, we are seeking a company or individual with expertise in AI development to help us build a series of AI agents tailored to our business needs.
Project Goals:
Our objective is to design and implement five to six AI agents that will enhance efficiency, productivity, and the overall value we deliver to clients. These agents will play a critical role in streamlining workflows, improving decision-making, and creating new opportunities for innovation within the business.
Scope of Work:
* Collaborate with our team to refine and prioritise AI agent use cases. * Develop and deploy AI agents based on identified needs (specific details to be shared with selected candidates). * Ensure seamless integration of AI agents into our existing processes and systems. * Provide ongoing support and training to maximise the agents’ impact on our operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions for businesses. * Familiarity with the marketing, sports, or entertainment industries is a plus. * Ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and secure AI solutions. * Strong communication and project management skills.
Reporting Structure:
This project will report directly to senior leadership within the agency, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
