In 2019, I started dropshipping on Amazon but was unaware of the platform's terms and conditions. As I had no prior experience, I encountered challenges in fulfilling orders, which caused my account health to deteriorate. Despite my best efforts, including reaching out to Amazon's chat support for help, I was unable to resolve the issues. Disheartened, I eventually left the platform.
Recently, I received the following message from Amazon requesting documentation for certain ASINs and supply chain verification. However, as I was doing dropshipping and did not have a proper understanding of the requirements at the time, I cannot provide the requested supplier invoices, authorization letters, or other documents mentioned.
Since then, I have gained experience and am now planning to sell non-digital products under a new business model, completely adhering to Amazon’s guidelines. I respectfully request Amazon to consider reactivating my account so that I can close it properly or transition to selling in compliance with all policies.
I understand the importance of following Amazon's rules and am committed to ensuring compliance moving forward. If there’s any additional information or alternative documentation I can provide to assist with this process, please let me know. I humbly request that someone from Amazon contact me to discuss this further, as I am eager to resolve the situation.
Could you please guide me on the next steps to reactivate my account?
