We put a lot of effort into our webinars and want to bring in an external partner to help us with this.
To support you, I have written long instructions on executing every step. You will also have support from our project execution software, Asana, so you will know what to do for each webinar and when. This will help you to keep track of all tasks. You will also be working in Hubspot
You will build the webinars in HubSpot and Teams.
These are the tasks you will do: Webinar Content: Gather topics, prepare materials, and finalize agendas. Planning and Scheduling: Use Asana templates, update calendars, and set workflows. Marketing Campaigns: Execute email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and SEO-optimized landing pages. Execution and Follow-Up: Host webinars, record sessions, send surveys, and distribute recordings. Inbound Campaigns: Launch post-webinar surveys, create white papers, and manage app content.
