Through thorough online research and investigation of company profiles, product catalogs and other publicly disclosed information found on the wholesaler platforms, the freelancer's goal is to build comprehensive datasets containing email and director contacts extracted directly from the supplier directories.
Careful attention must be paid to correctly recording each data field to minimize errors. Only email addresses and names that can be reliably validated through the source information should be included in the final deliverables. Generic inquiry forms or public signup pages would not constitute valid contact points.
Organizing the contact lists by brand and supplier site will allow easy cross-referencing later. Once completed, the compiled lists can then be analyzed and leveraged by our marketing team in tailored outreach efforts aimed at developing new partnerships with preferred vendors.
