Careful attention must be paid to correctly recording each data field to minimize errors. Only email addresses and names that can be reliably validated through the source information should be included in the final deliverables. Generic inquiry forms or public signup pages would not constitute valid contact points.
Organizing the contact lists by brand and supplier site will allow easy cross-referencing later.
