I run an online company that sells windows and doors.
I’d like to trial someone who can respond to customer queries, help with questions and have the ability to call suppliers in the day (London time)
For example a customer may want a delivery ETA however the supplier has not let us know so being able to ring them and ask during British hours is important.
As well as this, I need someone who can deal with after sales support.
For example, a customers glass unit may be smashed or they could have a damaged frame when their delivery arrives. You’ll need to be able to order replacements with suppliers and make sure the customers are satisfied at all times.
Important for this role:
Fast responses to customers within 10 minutes. Fast as solving issues Can ring suppliers and customers in the day.
