Model 2- CV Writing Coaching Service: My service is not to write the CV’s for the candidate but coach the candidate how to create a compelling, well written CV. Give them the skills so its repeatable for them. Model 3 - Interview Coaching & Preparation – Coaching clients through preparation for project management job interviews and carrying out mock interviews.
Model 4 – Enterprise Customers: Models 1 and 2 are geared up for individuals, however I will be offering a 3rd service to enterprise customers that could be a company as small as 5 employee or 10’s of thousands. The services for enterprise clients will be as follows: Model 3.1 – Coaching of Project Managers – Same as Model 1 above but will also offer a discount for multiple staff bookings.
